No. It isn’t a course that teaches the steps of an improvement project. I shape the work around you, to help you solve the problem you are facing now and reach measured results
Yes. That is the normal case. Part of the first month is building a simple measurement from zero
We start with a project that needs no budget or special permission, and I help you present the result in the language your management uses: cost, risk and loss avoided
The Clarity Session costs $150, and you book it directly. The price of Idea to Results depends on the scope of your project. You get it by email after you apply, before anything is booked
